Parents To Be collects, uses and discloses personal information with your consent, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
Agreement to the Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policy is required to register. Consent to receive marketing emails is separate and optional. Choosing not to receive marketing emails will not affect your ability to submit a registration request or register for an offering.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time by:
selecting the unsubscribe link included in an email; or
contacting Parents To Be at [email protected].
Withdrawing consent will not affect information already used or disclosed with valid consent. Parents To Be may retain limited information necessary to document the unsubscribe request and ensure that no further marketing emails are sent.
Parents To Be may still respond to a message you initiate or send administrative or transactional information directly related to a registration, payment, request or other transaction.
4. Service Providers
Parents To Be uses service providers to operate its website, registration process, payments, records and communications. These currently include:

Stripe collects and processes payment-card or other payment details under its own terms and privacy practices. Parents To Be generally receives transaction, invoice and payment-status information and does not store full payment-card numbers.
These providers may process personal information on behalf of Parents To Be and may collect technical information through their platforms. They are permitted to use the information according to their own terms and privacy practices and as necessary to provide their services.
Some service providers may store or process information outside British Columbia or Canada. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of that jurisdiction.
Parents To Be may also disclose personal information:
when you have consented to the disclosure;
when reasonably necessary to obtain professional, technical, payment-processing or administrative services;
when required or permitted by law; or
when necessary to protect legal rights, safety or security.
